* Discover Scuba Diving
Let our experienced instructors guide you through the basics of scuba diving. You will enjoy the thrill of diving for the first time in the clear waters of a nearby island where you will be enthralled by the beauty of live corals and colorful fish. You might even see a turtle or baby shark! At the end of your dive you will receive a wall certificate as a souvenir of your first breaths underwater.
* Fundives
We organize half-day two tank dive trips to the outer reefs most days of the week. Each dive lasts approximately 45 minutes with a surface interval of at least 1 hour during which you can enjoy tea and biscuits while reliving the highlights of the dives with your fellow divers. Most of our dives are drift dives with priority on the safety and comfort of our guests. We also organize outings with one dive, usually to one of the dive sites in a nearby marine park where it is usual to see turtles and small sharks and impressive numbers and varieties of fish.
* Snorkeling trips
Discover the beauty of the Caledonian lagoon with our experienced guides. Visit a nearby island surrounded by clear waters and reefs where you can admire the colorful fish darting in and out of the live coral. We supply the snorkeling material and wetsuits in the cooler months of the year.
* Night diving
If you have never tried diving at night, you will be amazed by the variety of life you can discover on a night dive. A well known dive site becomes a new experience with colorful parrot fish sleeping gently in their cocoons, turtles and all kinds of shells and other nocturnal creatures which are rarely seen in the daytime.
* Fluorescent night dives
Discover the hidden magic of fluorescent organisms using special light enhancers and filters. It was here in New Caledonia, almost 50 years ago, that the study of fluorescence was pioneered by the well known founder of the Noumea Aquarium, Dr. René Catala.
* Children's diving
Children from 8 years old can also participate in a Discover Scuba Diving program and from 10 years old train for an entry level certification. We have specially adapted material for children. Make scuba diving a family experience.
* Day trips on "Harmony"
Departing from the Kuendu Beach resort, you will experience a day to remember on board "HARMONY", a 17 meter classic sailing yacht. We sail to a nearby island (1 hour sail) for snorkeling and a BBQ on the island.
